PU Foams & Assemblies Netplast Pvt. Ltd. has a totally dedicated unit for manufacturing Polyurethane moulded parts which include seat foams of 2-Wheelers, 3-Wheelers, Buses & Commercial vehicle for its OEM Auto Customers. The plant is also certified for ISO/TS 16949: 2002. It has an in-house testing facility and is well equipped with complete testing facilities like Hardness Testing, Resilience Test, Tensile Testing, % Elongation etc and managed by qualified engineers. The parts being manufactured are passed for Flammability Test by ARAI as per IS: 15061 standards. The plant also manufactures soft–solid Polyurethane parts for its overseas customers with latest PU moulding technologies which are being used in four wheelers.
